My Philosophy

I believe that children are competent, capable citizens with rights and it is our role as educators and pedagogical leaders to recognize and encourage these capabilities.  I believe that children learn through experience and exploration and that we are co-learners and researchers along with the children.

I believe that all children and families are welcome within our community and that our differences must be recognized, celebrated and honored in order to create a community of belonging.
