Model Collaborative Equity and Acceptance
Facilitators do not have all the answers. You are a co-learner along with your learning community guiding the conversation with questions. You should contribute to these questions yourself, modelling collaborative equity. Your thoughts are also valued, however, make sure you don’t monopolize the conversation, that defeats the purpose of the learning community.

In being curious, we welcome all other’s thoughts and opinions on matters, and this may not always align with your own thinking, or that of others within your learning community. As a facilitator, you will have to model acceptance, meaning, you must be ok with not having closure. There may not be an answer, and your team may not agree on every matter. Somethings are often left open to interpretation and will require further examination. Accept this and move on with the conversation.
